§1 Validity of the conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the services and offers of Swiss Helping Point AG, hereinafter referred to as Swiss Helping Point. By ordering the service, these terms and conditions are deemed accepted.

§2 Offer and conclusion of contract

1. Swiss Helping Point’s offer is subject to change and non-binding.
2. The information on www.swisshelpingpoint.com (services and prices) are to be understood as guidelines and do not constitute a guarantee.
3. By placing an order, you are placing a binding order. Orders are binding for Swiss Helping Point. A contract is concluded upon written order confirmation via email, which we will send to you upon receipt of your order.

§3 Deadlines, order fulfillment

1. The entry date of your guest/wife may vary. It depends on the processing time required by the authorities responsible for your case. Information regarding possible entry dates is to be understood as a guideline and does not constitute a guarantee.
2. The issuance of a visa is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy and authorities. Swiss Helping Point has no influence on the issuance of a visa and provides no guarantees.

§4 Shipping costs

Shipping costs for tickets, documents, etc. are charged separately depending on the shipping method.

Sec. 5 Prices

All prices are in CHF and do not include Swiss value-added tax (VAT) of 8.1%, airline surcharges, or embassy fees.

Not included in the combo packages unless otherwise stated:
Translation per page: CHF 45.-
Certification at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (first page): CHF 182.-
Certification at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (following pages): CHF 8.- per page
Airport escort service: CHF 78.-
Marriage contract individually: CHF 348.-
Appointment booking fee VFS global: CHF 25.-
Central register extract: CHF 160.-

§6 Payment

Orders are only processed or commenced upon advance payment. For our full-service packages (visitor visa / marriage package), we require a deposit. The amount of the deposit is stated in the quote. The following payment options are available:
1. Bank transfer
For the transfer, you will find our bank details in the offer.
2. Bar on site
Payment is made in cash on site after consultation but before the order is executed.
3. Credit card on site
Please use your credit card as payment method. We accept MASTERCARD and VISA. Payment is due in cash on-site after consultation but before order execution.

§7 Repayment conditions

If the customer cancels their order, a processing fee of CHF 60 will be charged. If Swiss Helping Point has already completed work before the order is canceled, this work will be invoiced based on the time spent.

The remaining balance will be refunded directly to the customer's bank account. The right to a refund expires 24 months after the deposit date.

Swiss Helping Point treats all data provided within the scope of the order confidentially and processes it exclusively for the fulfillment of the respective order and within the framework of the legal provisions.

Swiss Helping Point operates its systems according to recognized information security standards and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the entrusted data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.

All personal data is stored in encrypted form and protected against unauthorized access. All transmission channels are also encrypted using state-of-the-art technology (transport encryption).

After the order has been fully completed, the data provided will be deleted, unless legal retention obligations or legitimate interests of Swiss Helping Point preclude further storage.

To process orders, Swiss Helping Point needs to share personal data with third parties to the extent necessary for fulfilling the respective order. These include, in particular, government offices, authorities, embassies and consulates, as well as translation agencies.

Data will only be shared to the extent necessary for the specific order and for the purpose of fulfilling that order. By placing the order, the client agrees to this data sharing.

§9 Gewährleistung

The warranty is subject to legal regulations.

§10 Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions accepted by Swiss Helping Point at the time of the order apply.

Sec. 11 Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship is Sursee (LU), Switzerland. The legal relationship is governed by Swiss law.

§12 Copyright

The images, layout, and content of this website are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using images from this website in any way without the consent of Swiss Helping Point is prohibited. Modification, reproduction, use, or storage of data, text, or parts of text is prohibited without the express permission of Swiss Helping Point. Swiss Helping Point reserves all rights.
