Sunshine International has already built over 400 units. There are villas with pools and apartments. 50% of the owners are Swiss, 20% German, and 30% of other nationalities. We present the newest project, Tara, which will open in March 2024. The successful Prestige project is being expanded and will open around the end of 2024.
