Bella Vista is situated in a tranquil, mountainous, and natural setting in Pranburi, just a few kilometers from the picturesque Khao Tao Lake. Beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and Phetkasem Road are all easily accessible.
The newly expanded access road and the existing electricity and water supply create a good infrastructure for the further development of the project.
Development in three phases
Bella Vista is divided into phases A, B, and C. Currently, phases A and B are open for sales.
The following infrastructure is planned for each phase:

- Boundary wall of the respective phase

- 3-phase power supply to every property
The project roads will be handed over to the relevant authorities and will be managed as public roads.
What type of ownership is offered at Bella Vista Villas?
The villas at Bella Vista Villas are sold on a freehold basis . This means that the buyer becomes the full owner of the villa. Foreigners can also legally own a villa in Thailand.
The property is also offered in freehold . This solution is particularly suitable for couples where one partner holds Thai citizenship.
If both partners are foreign nationals, the property can be leased for 30 years (leasehold) . Two additional 30-year extensions can be contractually agreed upon. A maximum lease term of 30 years can be registered in the land register; any further extensions are governed by contract.

Yes. Ownership of the villa can be regulated and documented independently of ownership of the land. We place great importance on ensuring that the legal situation is transparent and comprehensible for the buyer.
If the buyer or their partner holds Thai citizenship, the property can be acquired in freehold.
If both buyers are foreigners, the property can be leased (leasehold). The contracts are drawn up for 30 years with two additional extension options of 30 years each.
In principle, a Thai person can acquire real estate. For married couples, Thai legal regulations and the origin of the funds used for the purchase must be taken into account.
