Swiss Helping Point applied for my one-year visa and processed it quickly and without any problems. It was relatively fast, and I received the visa after just a few weeks. The team was friendly and worked professionally. I'm very happy to have the visa. Rudolf R.

Thank you so much for the pleasant and informative conversation with Salvi yesterday. All my questions about emigrating to Thailand were answered in detail. Super competent and a very friendly atmosphere. Six stars aren't possible, unfortunately! ☺️

I applied for an LTR visa through Swiss Helping Point, which proved somewhat challenging in my case. Beat Amrein provided highly professional support throughout the process, guiding me through several months of work. He handled all communication with the authorities, leaving me only to submit the documents they repeatedly requested. Eventually, I succeeded and received notification that the visa had been approved. Since I was already in Bangkok, I decided to pick up the visa in person at the BOI, accompanied by Sandro Bollardini and Sunny. From the transportation service and navigating the numerous counters at the immigration office to the engaging conversation during the three-hour wait, everything was handled professionally and with utmost competence. Now I hold the passport with the visa in my hands and am overjoyed. My sincerest thanks once again to these three friendly gentlemen.

Swiss Helping Point bridges the gap between Switzerland and Thailand. No matter what your needs are, no matter which area of life affects everyone, Swiss Helping Point has the answers. No vague talk, just solid, practical information that reflects reality. If you're planning to emigrate and need help with everything involved, or even just applying for a visa: Swiss Helping Point is the place to go. In my case, it was a DTV visa, which they obtained for me within 14 days. Uncomplicated, fast, and at a reasonable price. At the beginning of July 2026, I booked a consultation via video call to clarify all my outstanding issues related to Thailand. Swiss Helping Point: my choice!

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Swiss Helping Point. It's more than that. Swiss Helping Point does a very professional job and is always there to help and advise. The long process of marrying my wife in Thailand and obtaining a visa to Switzerland is finally over. Without Swiss Helping Point, this would never have been possible. My wife and I are very grateful and would like to thank you again for your outstanding service. Daniel O

I had a problem with a CIEC (marriage certificate) from a Swiss registry office, which I actually needed for the recognition of my marriage performed in Switzerland. However, the Thai municipal office did not recognize the CIEC, even though all translations and triple authentication were provided. The reason for the rejection was not entirely convincing, so I contacted the Swiss Helping Point for assistance. Mr. Laluna from the Swiss Helping Point took on the case and submitted the CIEC to an expert in Bangkok to determine the exact reason for the rejection. A short time later, I received the unfortunately unwelcome news that the marriage certificate was indeed "unusable," meaning it contained errors. So now, thanks to the uncomplicated and prompt assistance of the Swiss Helping Point, I know that I will unfortunately have to start the process all over again. Nevertheless, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Laluna.

We had an appointment with Mr. Ialuna for a consultation. His friendly and warm manner impressed us from the start. Thanks to the information we had already gathered, we were able to quickly focus on the specific points that were still unclear to us. Mr. Ialuna's professionalism and experience in dealing with the Thai authorities enabled him to answer all our questions and provide us with valuable tips. I can wholeheartedly recommend such a consultation to anyone considering emigration; the firsthand advice you receive is more than worth the money! The Swiss Helping Point team is an absolutely recommendable resource in this regard.
