Switzerland's largest Thai Food Culture Festival 2023, held in Bülach from August 18 to 20, was a resounding success. Thai weather conditions, sunshine, and heat, prevailed for three days.
In addition to cold drinks, we treated our guests to small gifts, ranging from luggage tags and baseball caps to automatically opening Knirps umbrellas. Of course, there were also balloons for our young festival-goers. We were delighted with the numerous loyal customers and new visitors.
The festival was a firework of entertainment and culinary delights. Typical Thai specialties such as curries, spicy papaya salads, grilled skewers, and much more were offered by countless street food stalls. Traditional music, renowned show business figures such as Sek Swiss, and Muay Thai exhibition fights – there was something for everyone. From 10 a.m. until late into the night, there was plenty of variety, and for those who didn't want to miss out on the club atmosphere, a DJ set the mood with electronic beats on the gravel area.
Next year, the Thai Food & Culture Festival will take place in Bülach from August 16 to 18, and we'll be there again, of course. Come along and let us give you gifts and keep you informed.
